We launched Glacier Pool Works about three years ago, back when we were living in north of Dallas. Back then, we were working in two fields where schedules were tough, and flexibility was nearly impossible.
We were expecting our first child and realized we needed something different—a career that let us control our time, provide for our family, and actually enjoy what we do.
A good friend suggested we try the pool service business. He'd done it himself and said it was one of the best ways to work for yourself, help people, and have a good quality of life. So, we took the leap, learned everything we could, and started from scratch.
From the beginning, our goal was to treat every customer like a neighbor. Lauren set up the website, learned the tech, and handles all the billing.
Landon learned the technical side of pool care, and repairs, and he's the guy who shows up at your house each week. No random employees. No, sending out new faces every visit. Just the owners, every time.
In 2025, we moved our home and business to Livingston, TX to be closer to family and put down roots in a new community. We love Livingston, TX's sense of hometown pride and are proud to raise our kids here and serve local families like ours.
